How Does Coaching Work?
Throughout our coaching sessions, I will pose challenging questions and attentively listen to your responses, both content and tone. Our discussions will center on your priorities, shedding light on the helpful and hindering emotions tied to your thoughts, facilitating a clearer understanding. Consequently, you will formulate an action plan and, invigorated by newfound determination, take steps to execute it.
Drawing from the realms of positive psychology and applied neuroscience, I employ techniques aimed at pinpointing and dismantling counterproductive thinking patterns, allowing you to perceive your circumstances through a fresh lens.
Expect assignments and preliminary preparations before each session. The crux of the coaching process unfolds between our meetings, during which I will support you in your endeavors. My role is to keep you motivated and act as your partner in accountability, ensuring your commitment to self-improvement.

This process is designed to empower you at every stage of your growth, guiding you from initial mindset shifts to actionable steps that create lasting change.

Get Your Mindset Right
Before you can achieve your vision, you first need to believe that you can achieve it. With my help you will develop the mindset of success, gaining the mental and emotional skills necessary to be the powerful woman you are called to be.
Step 2
Develop Your Vision And Strategy
No matter how great the idea trapped inside your head is, its realization depends on your ability to take action. I’ll help you develop your vision, create the strategy that’s going to make it happen and start taking action.
Step 3
Take Action
At some stage you may be visited by a sinking feeling and thoughts such as ‘what was I thinking’ or ‘there’s too much to do’. I’ll help you put-off procrastination and take regular action to create sustainable momentum that gives you the full life you crave.
Step 4
Re-affirm And Recommit
Evolution and change is not a linear process. You will find that after you have achieved what you’ve set out to do, you may need support to remain committed to your change and set new goals. At this stage, we revisit these three steps, fine-tune mindset, get clear and take action.
How Is Life Coaching Different From Therapy?
Although I have over 25 years of experience as a clinical counselor— as a life coach I do not treat depression, anxiety or prescribe medication. However, my clinical background and training gives me a unique perspective on when to make a recommendation when therapy may be needed if I feel that you could benefit from speaking to a professional counselor/therapist.
Very often, having a therapist in conjunction with a life coach works out to be a very complimentary process. Your therapist will work through some of the deeper problems that may have held you back in the past, while the coach assists you in the forward moving process to obtain your goal.
