I’m the founder of an 8-figure behavioral health agency I’ve led for over a decade, and the creator of transformational coaching experiences like Be U, Boss Up, and my signature program From Cuffed to Crowned™— designed for women ready to stop shrinking and start building the legacy they were born to carry.

My Story
My life reads like a divine plot twist. One chapter filled with love, leadership, and purpose—and another defined by heartbreak, reinvention, and healing.
For over 30 years, I was married to my college sweetheart. I was a mother of four, a CEO, a builder of dreams. But the world I knew crumbled—and I was faced with a choice: stay buried or rise.
In the depths of betrayal, loss, and grief, I heard a whisper: This is your beginning, not your end. And from that whisper, I rebuilt.
I turned pain into purpose. I refused to shrink. I emerged bolder, wiser, and divinely aligned with my calling to help other women rise into their own power and design their Plan B with bold faith and fierce strategy.
